As your life coach, I will give you my undivided attention and listen carefully to not only what you say, but to what you are not saying. I will look for evidence of your hidden talents, your unrealized dreams and ambitions and help you recognize self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.
I will always assume that you are telling the truth and I will remind you of your truths during times when you are feeling low and losing confidence. I will be the keeper of your dreams and goals, never doubting your potential to create for yourself a balanced and fulfilling life. I will be your biggest fan!
I will help you to see things from different perspectives and to get a clearer sense of what your priorities are. I will strategize with you on different ways to achieve your goals and celebrate your successes with you. I will hold you accountable. With accountability, you will be less likely to procrastinate and more likely to move forward.
| I will help you to think creatively and critically so that you can discover ways to change behaviors and thought patterns that haven't worked for you in the past.
I will offer you tools (assessments, charts, tracking sheets) and resources to help move you forward. I will ask you thought provoking questions to encourage you to think outside your comfort zone
I will be accountable I will keep my word, keep appointments and adhere to any agreements we make. Everything you share with me will be held in the strictest confidence. I will be open, honest and nonjudgmental.
